Hiking and other experiences

The landscape and the weather here are amazing. The marketing director and his lovely wife picked me up for a hiking tour. I saw my first koala - and 15 more !! :D

Australia looks totally different from Germany- due to the hot climate. At the moment we have 36° degree.

We were hiking in the Adelaide Hills. That area is perfect for hiking and mountainbike.

Bush fires are quite normal here- that's why the palm
looks so black :D

In the evening we visited the "Bario" festival , which is part of the big Adelaide festival in march.

There are so many festivals, shows and gardens like the "Garden of unearthly delight" (next picture) It's really worth seeing it. http://www.adelaidefestival.com.au/2013/program_download
